Sal and Dung set out to disrupt and reimagine an industry segment burdened by a complex system of reimbursement and an increasingly challenged labor force struggling to manage patient balances to a timely and accurate completion.

 

Traditional efforts to improve financial outcomes have relied upon departmental reorganization and  expense reduction rather than tools and automation to produce sustainable benefits.
